Previous Chief Association star Christian Atsu was found dead under the quake rubble in Turkey on Saturday, 12 days after he disappeared, his representative affirmed.
“It is with the heaviest of hearts that I need to report to everything well wishers that tragically Christian Atsu’s body was recuperated today. My most profound sympathies go to his family and friends and family,” Nana Sechere tweeted.
“I might want to make a move to thank everybody for their requests and backing. I ask that while we make the fundamental game plans, that everybody would kindly regard the security of the family during this undeniably challenging time.”
Christian Atsu met Marie-Claire Rupio without precedent for Portugal in 2012 when he was 20 years of age. They soon sealed the deal.
“I met my significant other in Portugal and you can see we have a delightful family. We’ve been together for nine to a decade and I simply love her,” Atsu said in a meeting with TV3.
The couple then moved to Newcastle when he began playing for Newcastle Joined together. They have three youngsters.
In 2014, she showed support for her better half on Twitter.
“Atsuuuuuuuuu go vitesse,” she tweeted.
In 2021, Atsu posted a sweet birthday wish for his better half on his Facebook page.
“Blissful Birthday to my beautiful spouse and the mother of our kids. You make me cheerful and glad for the things we assembled together. I love you,” he composed.
The quake struck Turkey on February 6, 2023. Addressing BBC, Rupio uncovered that she last addressed her better half on February 4, a day prior to he scored his most memorable objective for Turkey’s Hatayspor.
